Tamara Voskanian is an ethics attorney and a passionate advocate for advancing the rule of law in Armenia. As one of the founders of the Center for Truth and Justice, Tamara is fulfilling her purpose for becoming a lawyer: to contribute to the betterment of Armenia’s legal system.
