Fifth Annual International Conference

Organized by the Center for Truth and Justice in collaboration with the Armenian Genocide Museum & Institute, this conference is built on a simple but radical premise: victims are not merely witnesses to international law — they are its moral foundation. When institutions fail, victims continue to speak. When prosecutions stall, trauma continues. When political compromises erase accountability, memory persists. This forum does not place victims as symbolic participants but as the primary interlocutors of the international justice system.
