Tamara is an ethics attorney based in Los Angeles, California. Since she began volunteering in Armenia in 2005, she has remained a passionate advocate for advancing the country’s development, particularly its legal system. Following the 2020 invasion of Artsakh, she co-founded the Center for Truth and Justice.
